Michaelwilling Floor Coating does not have a crew that visits your home. When you reach out, we connect you with an independent provider in our network. That provider is the person or business you speak with about your floor.

What the Provider May Ask

Say you describe a garage floor with a long crack near the door. The provider may want to know:

• Where the floor is and how big it is
• Whether it has been coated, sealed or patched before
• How old the house is
• Whether you see moisture, flaking or stains
• What you want the floor to do, such as handle salt, tools or foot traffic

Photos can help. So can any notes on past repairs.

Questions to Put to a Provider

Picture a quiet kitchen table with a notepad. These questions can fill it:

• How will you check the slab for moisture and cracks?
• How will you prep an older floor with old patches?
• Which coating do you suggest, and why?
• What will the written quote include?
• How long should the floor stay clear before use?
• What happens if you find a surprise under the old coating?

A good provider answers in plain words.
