Homeowner Calls for Coated Floors

Picture a homeowner with a cracked garage slab who does not know where to start. Michaelwilling Floor Coating helps those homeowners reach independent providers. If you coat garage, basement or concrete floors, our network may be a fit.

This is not a job listing. Michaelwilling Floor Coating does not hire employees for this. We refer homeowner inquiries to independent businesses.

Who Fits the Network

We look for providers who:

• Run their own licensed and insured business where required
• Work in Marlborough or the Marlborough area
• Handle epoxy, polyaspartic or other concrete coating
• Are comfortable with older homes, past repairs and damp slabs

What We Expect

Homeowners are often nervous about old floors. We ask providers to:

• Return inquiries politely and clearly
• Explain prep before talking about price
• Give written quotes
• Be honest about what they can and cannot do
• Keep their own schedule, pricing and workmanship standards

How to Apply

Send a short email to contact@michaelwilling.living. Tell us your business name, the services you offer, the towns you serve and how long you have worked with coatings. Photos of past work are welcome.

We will review your note and reply with next steps.
