Homeowners who contact Michaelwilling Floor Coating deserve fair treatment. If something goes wrong, we want to know. This page explains how to raise a concern and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent companies. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, products, warranties and customer care. If you are unhappy with a floor coating job, begin by raising it with the provider in writing, and keep copies of whatever you send.

Please let us know too. Your feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Michaelwilling Floor Coating cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's charges or act on a provider's behalf.

How to Send a Complaint

• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's company name, if you know it
• A short description of what happened and the outcome you would like

What Happens Next

We will confirm we received your message by email, usually within a few business days. We will then look into it, which may include speaking with the provider. After that, we will tell you what we found and what we plan to do.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask for a second review. You may also contact your state attorney general or consumer protection office, or your local Better Business Bureau. If the provider is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
